The Certificate in Culinary Arts is both a skill and academic program designed to expose students with relevant skills and basic knowledge in food preparation. Upon completion of this program, students will be equipped with the relevant culinary and pastry skills including a basic supervisory knowledge that will enable them to enter the culinary industry workforce with ease.

The Certificate in Culinary Arts is approved by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia and by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
