PASTRY PRODUCTION (LEVEL 2)
Calling all pastry enthusiasts! If you enjoy creating sweet and savoury flavours together in baked goods, then this program is especially design for you! This intensive programme focused to deliver important hands-on skills and techniques needed to meet the operational requirements of pastry establishments. Trainees will learn about hygiene practices, kitchen safety and pastry preparation. The structure and coursework are based on the National Occupational Skill Standards (NOSS) developed by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) under the Ministry of Human Resources. The Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) that trainees will obtain is recognized by the Malaysian Government.
